Fast, Reliable Delivery: We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your nausea relief products arrive safely and on time. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship same day.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses. Some restrictions may apply to military addresses.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST ship the next business day

Delivery timeframes depend on your selected shipping method and location. Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be assigned to your order within 24-48 business hours after processing. You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has been processed, we cannot modify the shipping address. If you need to make changes to your shipping information, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at orders@kddnutra.com.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Yes, we accept orders for delivery to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO military addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events. We will make every effort to communicate any known delays to you via email.
