KDD NUTRACEUTICALS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At KDD Nutraceuticals, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a refund policy for customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTS
Please Note: Due to the nature of our supplement products and for quality assurance and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or unopened supplement products.
If you are dissatisfied with any supplement product purchased from KDD Nutraceuticals, please contact our Customer Support team at [orders@kddnutraceuticals.com]. We may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion without requiring the return of the product.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS (STRESS BUSTERS & WATER BOTTLES ONLY)
We accept returns on unused, unopened Stress Busters and Water Bottles in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs).
RETURN TIMEFRAME
Returns on eligible items (Stress Busters and Water Bottles only) must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To initiate a return for eligible merchandise (Stress Busters and Water Bottles only):
- Contact our Customer Support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by:
- Completing our online return request form at [www.anti-na.com/returns]
- Emailing [orders@kddnutraceuticals.com]
- You must include the following with your return:
- A copy of your original invoice or order confirmation
- The RMA number provided by our Customer Support team
- A brief explanation for the return
- Return shipments must be received within 14 business days from the date the RMA was issued.
WHERE TO SHIP RETURNS
Returns should be shipped to the address provided by KDD Nutraceuticals Customer Support when your RMA is issued.
All returns must be shipped in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
Our return policy applies only to items purchased directly from KDD Nutraceuticals' official website (www.anti-na.com). Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers or retailers are not eligible for returns through our company.
BUNDLED PRODUCTS
For bundled products that include both supplements and eligible merchandise (Stress Busters or Water Bottles), only the eligible merchandise components may be returned. A partial refund will be issued for the value of the returned eligible merchandise only.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & GIFTS WITH PURCHASE
Any promotional items or gifts received with your purchase must also be returned in their original, unused condition. Failure to include these items may result in a reduction of your refund amount equivalent to the fair market value of the gift items.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
If applicable, any membership fees charged are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
STORE CREDIT
Store credits issued by KDD Nutraceuticals have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary refunds. Store credits will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items for verification purposes. Replacement or refund options will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
