SHIPPING INFORMATION
At KDD Nutraceuticals, we strive to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding your order delivery.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions may apply).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day.
Delivery timeframes depend on your selected shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be assigned to your order within 24-48 business hours after your order has been processed. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
Yes, we accept orders for delivery to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO military addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
